Kimberly Cotton is a strategic business partner and founder of Corporate Hippy Chick, where she creates content and products that help leaders lead with balance, curiosity, and clarity. With over 25 years of experience empowering executives, driving strategic growth, and fostering organizational alignment, she blends business acumen with a people-first philosophy to create lasting impact.

Previously with We and Me, Inc., Kimberly facilitated high-impact strategy sessions, aligned stakeholders around actionable roadmaps, and leveraged coaching as a leadership style to cultivate curiosity, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving. She was instrumental in developing products such as We! Connect Nametags, The Connectors Summit, and We! Future Focused Connect Cards, which enhanced engagement and fueled revenue growth.

At Jack Henry & Associates, Kimberly served as Chair of the Leadership Support Team and reimagined the administrative function by creating the first-ever Executive Operations Cohort Model across sixteen leaders. She also spearheaded a successful title change for administrative positions, elevating the perception and strategic alignment of the function. Her leadership in the CEO Roadshow, presentation strategy, and rhythm of business calendar streamlined executive communication and strengthened organizational cohesion.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and is pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development. A Certified Executive and Professional Coach, she also holds certifications in functional and nutrition coaching—reflecting her holistic approach to leadership, health, and growth.
